ABOUT EVENT
The Cipher Decipher Olympiad at INIT 5.0 is a thrilling test of cryptographic prowess and analytical thinking. Participants will encounter a series of encoded messages, ciphers, and cryptographic puzzles, challenging them to break codes, decrypt hidden meanings, and unravel complex encryptions. From classical ciphers to modern encryption techniques, this competition will push the limits of logic, pattern recognition, combinatorics and problem-solving skills. Do you have what it takes to crack the codes and emerge as the ultimate cryptography expert?
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior the scheduled time.
- The weight of each problem is determined based on how complex the encrypted version is.
- Points will be rewarded based on how close the contestant’s decryption is to the original message.
- Resorting to unfair means will result in immediate disqualification (eg: using AI tools, surfing internet through phone etc.)
