- Participation is open to school and college students.
- Each participant may submit a maximum of one meme; any attempts to submit more will result in disqualification.
- The meme must be original, stolen memes will be immediately disqualified
- Memes that target cultural or religious minorities , sensitive social issues,obscene jokes or come from a politically motivated narrative will be disqualified.
